Privacy Policy

Our guiding principle is to collect only what we need. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We never sell your personal information.

What we collect and why

  • Purchase information. When you pay, Stripe or PayPal processes your payment and shares with us your name, email address, amount, date, and limited payment details (for example, card brand and last four digits). Full card numbers never reach us. We use this to deliver your purchase, send receipts, handle refunds, prevent fraud, and keep tax records.
  • Order details for verification services. The business names, websites, documents, and notes you send us so we can do the check you bought.
  • Email correspondence. When you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you and refer back to it later.
  • Website visits. This site has no ads, no tracking pixels, and no analytics cookies, and it sets no cookies of its own. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Who processes your information

  • Stripe and PayPal (payments): see Stripe’s and PayPal’s privacy statements.
  • Google (Gmail for email; Google Forms, if you use our optional order form).
  • Cloudflare (website hosting and security).

We share information only with these providers, to provide the service you asked for, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Order and payment records: kept as long as tax and accounting rules require (we plan on seven years).
  • Working files for verification checks: deleted within 90 days after we deliver the report. We keep the delivered report and the order record.
  • Email: kept until it is no longer needed for support or records.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, except where we must keep records by law. Email hello@fedprobenow.us. We won’t send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Children

This site and our products are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
